Tues 7/29/08 - 11 days to INBF Washington State Naturals
Even though my focus is on the Washington State Naturals in less than 2 weeks, it is hard to focus 100% on it when I am leaving for the RKC camp in 2 days. RIght now my focus is partially directed to that and I hope my performance on Aug 9th does not suffer because of it. I know I will be in great condition for the show with all the activity and energy I am expending with all the workouts. My nutrition is very sound and I have never been more confident in my fueling strategy. The area where I am falling short is tanning and posing. I have only briefly practiced my posing a few times a week and I have not got in the tanning bed since Thursday of last week. I have a ton of cooking and preparing to do before we leave on Thrusday and I am trying to prepare my food for the show next week at the same time. I know I am giving all I have, with everything on my plate though I hope it is enough.
