So frustrated...
Oh i'm so frustrated yet trying to keep up the pace in exercising and eating healthy. I've got PCOS and my ugly scale doesn't go down.. even though I've been working my butt off.. I've been eating very healthy 5x a day and I do cardio exercise every day with some weight lifting.
However, since I began lifting heavy weights my body is toning up. But I literally hate my scale..
I just wanted to write down my frustration and hope that change will come if I hang in there and keep up the good work...

Dont concentrate on the scale numbers so much. Judging by your pics, you dont have much to lose. You're turning it into muscle anyways, so dont be surprised if the scale goes up a lb or two. Just saying...
good work on your healthy lifestyle change. your scales are not a good measurement of your progress. Through your scales in the bin. get yourself a tape measure and write everything down and forget about the scale.
Whats probably happening is your body fat % is dropping and you are adding lean muscle mass. I had the same problem i weighed about 94kgs now I'm about 88kg and its not moving but I notice changes in my measurements. If you ahve not already go get your bodyfat % measured then work off that, photos and your tape measure. you will be more pleased then seeing a number go up and down on a daily basis.
My bodyfat was measured 2 weeks ago by a woman in the gym. I was 28% :/
Ok, I will not step up on that ugly scale again. I'll go again after 2 weeks to get my bodyfat measured again, hopefully I'll see some change :)
