Well I made it to Week 2 of LiveFit - today was Day 8 Chest/Triceps. I upped some of my weight and I am definitely feeling it. My chest and triceps are shakey but I feel really good about it all.
I definitely feel stronger and my motivation is still up! Despite the fact that I did not really lose any weight last week. I though I lost close to 5 pounds only to find out this morning it was only 2 pounds. But I am going to keep going and not get discouraged.
By the way this may be stupid to ask but when I am using dumbbells, do I enter the weight of the single dumbbell or the total for both arms in my workout tracker?
