I haven't yet tried the Cardio X routine since it isn't in the Classic version of the program. I was aiming at trying it out one of these days though, so we'll see if that happens.

Plyo I like. It makes me break a hell of a sweat and really gives me the feeling that I've burned some major calories. My shirt is soaked as hell after that routine.

When we skip a workout it's this one. My wife doesn't like it because he takes too long to go through the motions. If you do CardioX there is a section where you do the yoga and the moves go much faster. When we don't do the YogaX we do a bonus cardio, Core or the CardioX.
You love Polymetrics right? Tell me you do. LOL. That is my favorite cardio program.

Yea. Yoga Belly 7 isn't that long all together, but it sometimes seems harder to me than the whole Ab Ripper workout put together. My legs and abs are shaking while I'm finishing up some of those moves. Feels good though! Thanks for the comment!

The one section in the yoga ab routine where you rise up every 20 seconds is a killer. The last 20 seconds seems like a minute. Looking great! JT

I'm very impressed that you can make it through the whole ab ripper, it is grueling. Great job.

I many days behind you (Day 8) but am also on Plyos today. I love this workout - My shirt is completely soaked by the time the video is over.

Good luck with your workouts.

They keep on improving. A lot of people even see the most improvements during the "rest" week. I just started week 5 and I really like the results so far. I'm a lot more firm now. Keep it up!

I'm almost done with week three and have made great improvemets to my body. Do those improvements just continue with good results well into the program or do they kind of level out? Later- Jt
