Back to it - New Routine
Well, it’s been almost six weeks that I’ve been off now due to school, work and some family issues. I finally set up my equipment at home and am ready to start the Starting Strength routine. I tweaked up my diet for a clean bulk and re-organized my schedule to accommodate my workouts and try to get some more sleep in.
I started my first workout on Monday and it went pretty well. Had my second one yesterday. I still have some minor things to adjust and to figure out, but mostly I’m trying to get the correct form down for all my lifts before I start to really add some heavier weight.
Everything’s going good so far and I’m really happy to be back into a regular workout routine. Feels great!
