Day 80 (Wednesday - August 27)
Back & Biceps + Ab Ripper
Back and Biceps again today and for the last time! This is probably my favorite routine of the program and it went really well. I pushed myself hard and managed to up my reps on every exercise. The Ab Ripper routine went well too and it even seemed a little easier than usual today. I managed to hit up the gym last night again, got some cardio and stretching in along with some more ab work. Didn’t stay very long because my girlfriend was sore from the day before, but it was still nice to break a sweat. Tomorrow’s time for Yoga X!
