P90X Log - Day 76 to 78
Day 76 (Saturday - August 23)
Kenpo
Kenpo again today and it went well as always. I felt less tired at the end of the routine than usual, not sure if it’s because I’m in better shape now or if I didn’t push myself to the max. Anyway, I broke a hell of a sweat either way and enjoyed the routine. Took a long walk later on in the day too and spent most of the day outside and about.
Day 77 (Sunday - August 24)
N/A - Rest Day
I decided to sleep in today since I had a long night last night and so skipped on my X Stretch routine again. I did take a walk later in the day and will do some stretching tomorrow night when I hit up the gym. All in all, a pretty good week I would say.
Day 78 (Monday - August 25)
Chest, Shoulders & Triceps + Ab Ripper
My last workout week this week! Already 12 weeks in! It was time for Chest, Shoulders and Triceps today and the workout went really well. I managed to up my reps on most of the exercises and broke a ridiculous sweat by the end of the routine. Ab Ripper went well too, and I am just loving the results of these workouts, especially looking in the mirror right after with the pump. Anyway, I’ll probably be hitting up the gym tonight to get some more cardio in and some stretching. I’m leaving on vacation for a week on Saturday, so I’ll try and get the most results in by then.
