P90X Log - Day 75
Day 75 (Friday - August 22)
Legs & Back + Ab Ripper
I missed this workout last week, but I made sure not to make it two weeks in a row. The routine went well and I managed to up my reps on all of my pullups and chinups. It’s really a great feeling to see how many I can do now compared to the first day of the program. Ab Ripper went well again too. I didn’t manage to hit up the gym last night, but I did take a long walk in the evening. I should be going to the gym on Saturday during the day to get some work in though, maybe even tonight, we’ll see. Looking forward to Kenpo tomorrow. Can’t believe I’m already 75 days through!
