Ok everyone, that is my new saying today.  Call the wambulance if you don’t feel like working out or eating right!  I don’t feel sorry for you, if you want a nice bod and live healthier then you have to put in the hard work.  Waaaah I don’t feel like working out, or poor babies!  So sit on yr ass and get fat, ok there is yr answer, good luck.

I won $1200 at the Casino yesterday.  I’m so excited, I never win anything, lol.  It must of been my lucky day.  Anyway, had a great workout this morning! I did shoulders and some tris, and of course my 1 1/2 hours of cardio, lol.  Hope everyone has a great day!  Until then…
