Hi
I felt alot better this morning thank God! So I had a great back workout. Did my 20 min. of HIIT and another 70 min. of walking on an incline. HIIT sure kicks my butt! But I know it’s good to incorporate it a couple times a week. Tomorrow I will prob. do shoulders and run about 3 or 4 miles. Hope everyone has a great night and eat clean. Until then…I think I might put some more Beavis And Butthead up, they are so funny!

LOL… you’re funny! Great job on your cardio! I only do 20 minutes of HIIT and 10 minutes after that of steady state walking. I don’t know that I could do 70 minutes AFTER doing HIIT! Great job!

Thx for going easy on me about the cheats, but have to agree w/ Shannon. I needed a swift kick in %$$……
With all your cardio, you must either be ripped to shreds or a walking skeleton!

Ah Hem…… We’re ready for some pictures of you…so we can see what 1 1/2 hours of cardio accomplishes ..hee hee hee. The B&B is really funny. Havn’t seen them in so long.
