Hi everyone!
Woke up early this morning and had a great workout. I did shoulders and tris. I also ran 3 miles and walked almost 4 miles,lol. Yes, I’m crazy in the gym. I made this great protein shake. For something diff. I blended a protein bar with my shake, and omg it was so good. So I’m sitting here in front of my computer listening to Scott Stapp-Lead singer from ex Creed. That shake sounds like it would make a snickers frosty kinda thing. Im considering your previous advice concerning your marriage counseling

That sounds good! Great idea for a shake! Do you lift weights too, or just cardio?

sometimes there is nothing better than a good long run…Scott Stapp on the other hand…lets just say he’ll never be on my ipod. But to each their own.
