trust me...i know where you are coming from. and i know that you are rational logical man. you know that you have succeeded.

You've been working out and all of a sudden find that you're tape measure is off. but your gains and your losses are still as significant as they were before. Nothing has changed. Just keep thinking that you're doing the right thing. And as unfair as it is, i think that whatever thought processes you had up until now that made you a success you should continue. even if that means measuring yourself up to those young guys who are able to work out all the time.

Don't quit what you're doing. I think you're wonderful. you know that..you're my motivation and if i'm not going to let myself get down...then you're not going to let yourself get down. got it!!!:)

I can imagine your original thoughts and feeling about the mistake. Like you have stated all has been going well in your world of workouts and fitness that cannot be denied. You look great, feel great and have been progressing in so many areas. This is just a mental thing, I say let it go and keep going forward.

You're doing great, for an old guy........LOL.

I only compare myself to me. I don't give a rats rearend what others lift, their body measurements, whatever. I turn 48 in a couple mths, and I'm in the best shape of my life. Better health &amp; feel better than I did at 25. With that in mind........it's all good.

Keep rocking the w/o's old guy.

Hmm..i'm not great with weight loss, but lets see what help i can give to you....
How many calories are you taking in a day? What are your macros now? I guess make sure you are eating about 4,000 calories a day, but make sure it's clean eating. Which might be difficult cause 4,000 cal in healthy food is ALOT of food. What might help is a mass gainer protein (sure it has lots of carbs and sugar), but if you take it after a lifting workout..it should do wonders:)

Oh yea...i think you should lay off the supersets..and work on straight sets (i could be wrong), but you want to exhaust your muscles with controlled heavy weight...and supersets exhaust your muscles in the fat burning way (i hope i'm right..and i hope i helped) :)

Sounds similar to one of my workouts. I alternate between barbell and dumbbell routines. Flat, incline and decline, but I do flies instead of crossovers. Keep up the post and progress info, and the hard work.

Migraine is better, but I've still got some lingering effects today, which is unusual. Hope for a good night's sleep to be ready to blast shoulders &amp; tri's tomor morning. My focus is on dropping a few lbs of BF, so diet, diet, diet for me.
