					<description>Sounds similar to one of my workouts. I alternate between barbell and dumbbell routines. Flat, incline and decline, but I do flies instead of crossovers. Keep up the post and progress info, and the hard work.</description>

					<description>Migraine is better, but I've still got some lingering effects today, which is unusual.  Hope for a good night's sleep to be ready to blast shoulders &amp;amp;#38;amp; tri's tomor morning.  My focus is on dropping a few lbs of BF, so diet, diet, diet for me.</description>
