Back to Dumbells …
Today I’m going to emback on a 12 week dbell for chest routine as outlined in Body buildimg .com presents workout in Iron Man last month with Lane Norton. Lane managed an inch and a half … that is about my growth for the past year. If it is half an inch in 12 weeks I will be estatic. The routine is simple, 4 exercises Decline, flat and include presses along with cable cross overs. Today I will find my starting weights, do the tape measure and get started. Wish me luck!

You are too funny! Did your migraines clear up? That is no fun whatsoever. I’m frsutrated that I have stopped growing again and tweaked the diet and the lifts to see what I can shake out. Best Rob

Migraine is better, but I’ve still got some lingering effects today, which is unusual. Hope for a good night’s sleep to be ready to blast shoulders & tri’s tomor morning. My focus is on dropping a few lbs of BF, so diet, diet, diet for me.

Sounds similar to one of my workouts. I alternate between barbell and dumbbell routines. Flat, incline and decline, but I do flies instead of crossovers. Keep up the post and progress info, and the hard work.
