					<description>I wholeheartedly agree with low reps on warm ups. Its a WARM UP. Doing 10 or 20 to me caused muscle fatigue which detracted from my working sets.

I think pyramidding up through 2 or 3 sets of light warm ups for 6 or 8 reps is the optimal way to go.

Similarly on, working sets. Quality, not quantity, especially at our ages. 2 sets, if they are intense and challenging, is enough.</description>
