10 Weeks. No Cigs
The cravings have faded, but I am having memory and attention issues still. I am also getting new sudden major headaches for no reason. I have been referred to a neurologist as this is not being linked to smoking or Chantix. Wish me luck.
Weight is coming on, BF remaining the same so all good. This is a rest week from 6×6 to start a new phase. I am unsure what to do. I think i will get my diet together and start bulking and see how that goes. PS, and I’d like to paint Maddi’s toenails if the job is open.

Good on you. I too stopped smoking - it’s two years for me now. I would never have thought I could ever say that! But I persisted. Don’t beat yourself up if you slip, but just get straight back onto it. It doesn’t matter if it takes you 10 attempts or 20 attempts or 100 attempts to successfully stop smoking - the only thing that matters is that you keep on stopping and one day, you will stop for good. I am a living example of that.
