Week 9 no Cigs … 6×6 and heavy weights
"No Smoking" is still going to plan. I also had a very good week in the gym even though work is very busy and personal like is in a bit of a tailspin.
Wtill working the 6×6, I have a bit of nagging rotator pain "warning" but seem to be able to work around it. I will see how it goes in the pool today with my 10 year old (who has gills), and will have my official YMCA weekly weigh in. Good news is over 200 lbs and still around 12% body fat. Maybe with the now smoking a bulkin phase might be timely. I feel great, now to fix the rest of my life!

No smoking=Awesome! Try nuetral chest and shoulder work(elbows in tight), should cause less pain.

Way to go brother stay strong and they will fade to back…Keep up hte good fight and the hard work
