6×6 is sweet, 7 weeks without smokes
I have frequent dreams about cigarettes. I wake feeling guilty … like i threw the time and pain of quitting away, and then suddenly think … "keeey rist, it was just a dream"! So the dreams are still odd, but not the technocolor, over the top weirdness that they were a few weeks ago. Thank god.
I am still doing "Mass Attack" and it is working. BF came down a lil bit, strength continues to climbs and every week is a new pb for bench or legs. I think the progress picks show some improvement and I’ve gotten nice comments from on wearing red … not that there is anything wrong with that…
I know that full body 3x a week might seem a little bland at first, but i def think i will keep it up for awhile and then have a rest and start it all over again and add and subtract some more focussed stuff. Its hard to argue that 45 minutes you are doing and you really know you have worked. Sleep has been great on this program!
To all that wished me well on the smokin thing, thanks again, I won’t let you (or me) down. Best Rob.

Good luck staying smoke free. Isn’t it amazing that you can breathe while your working out since you stoped smoking.

man when i stopped the smoking thing I was up to 2 packs a day.. I feel great now and tribute that to saving my life.. I just spend that money on gym memberships now.. and supplements.. but man i know how those dreams can be… I was a freaking WRECK for 3 MONTHS trying to quit.. I started doing squats every other workout and that really helped with my motivation.. i could see the progress and knew it was because i had stopped the cigs… good luck friend.. it is a great feeling to kick the habit
