Benched my weight … increased bench by not smoking?
I finally benched 200+ pounds. Infact i repped 200 3 times and pyramid down to 180 for 5. This is a 20 pound improvement for me in two weeks. Mass Attack and 5×5 really seem to agree with me.
And I could eat a freakin horse right now … my god i was stuck in the car coming out of Manhattan today and by the time I got home I was dyin. And I had a 23 gram bar during the drive! This is a killah workout!

Congrats on the 200+ and more congrats to not smoking. Neither of those are easy feats. That alone puts you up there with a small percentage of American individuals that set goals and actually accomplish them.
