Great advice. I’ve often thought of taking supplements to help me loose weight and then I think about what will happen to my body once I get off of them. So I just leave the idea alone and work on my cardio and my eating. My eating is my weak link in my fitness plan. My weight training and cardio are pretty good. I need to constantly read people pumping up the truth about eating when trying to get fit. In this society it is SO easy to not focus on clean eating. I need to be surrounded by people saying that truth over and over again. Eat clean.
