I got up early did cardio,I got in 20 mins of power sprints on the bike.
Went home packed meals for work and then it hit me, one of those day where you feel like
you hit a brick wall, I am feeling the mental effects of the cardio and diet. This is one of
those days where I looking for people like me,bodybuilders,people who are looking for
strict diets and good gains from hard training. Well I am taking the day off to rest from
weight training, and hopefully I will get a good night of rest. I will kill my legs
tomorrow and get back on track, well I got to cook some eggs and lean turkey ground for
Thursday.
Bodybuilding it is a life style.
