I am @ work 8-9 hrs a day.
Punch out, head a cross town to the gym,I am mentally preparing for my workout,
I know what I going to do before I get there.
Walk in the door,scan my card,I am usually told smile,what they do not realize I have just punched in for the second part of my day.
That is right, time to put in work, change, grab head phones gear, and off to put in work.
I can not remeber a bad workout, I have bad days @work but not at the gym.
So to everyone this applies to STOP MAKING EXCUSE,DEMAND RESULTS,CHANGE YOUR NUTRITION,BUT IT TAKE TIME AND THE RESULTS WILL COME.
THE ONLY QUICK FIX, OR COLON CLEANSE, OR LIQUID FAST, YOU NEED IS PROPER NUTRITIONS,LOTS OF WATER,LOTS OF SWEAT,LOTS OF TIME IN GYM SLOWLY CHIPPING AWAY AT YOUR FITNESS GOAL,OR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS IT DOES NOT HAPPEN OVER NIGHT.
IF YOU DO IT THIS WAY,YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONTROL YOUR SUCCESS AND KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF, AND YOU WILL BETTER UNDERSTAND HOW TO BALANCE LIFE FOR THE LONG RUN.
IF YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT IS STOPPING YOU FROM LOSSING WEIGHT OR GAINING MUSCLE.
YOU HAVE WON THE BATTLE.
