			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well it&#8217;s time to get my butt in gear and prepare for another competition! Haven&#8217;t competed since 07, and lets just say, I have a lot of work to do to get in competition shape again! I&#8217;m looking forward to the challenge and can&#8217;t wait to step on stage.</p>
<p>So far, I&#8217;ve cleaned up my diet BIG time (more protein, less carbs), and I&#8217;ve added in some morning cardio (60 min fasted). I&#8217;m still going to keep in a weekly cheat, until I&#8217;m mentally ready to drop it. Most likely, I&#8217;ll keep it in for another 4 weeks. Weight training is now more circuit style as I&#8217;m concentrating less on building, and more on cutting. I think I&#8217;ve gained some considerable muscle over the last 2 years, so I want to hold on to it as much as I can.</p>
