Here we go again!
Monday, October 26th, 2009Well it’s time to get my butt in gear and prepare for another competition! Haven’t competed since 07, and lets just say, I have a lot of work to do to get in competition shape again! I’m looking forward to the challenge and can’t wait to step on stage.
So far, I’ve cleaned up my diet BIG time (more protein, less carbs), and I’ve added in some morning cardio (60 min fasted). I’m still going to keep in a weekly cheat, until I’m mentally ready to drop it. Most likely, I’ll keep it in for another 4 weeks. Weight training is now more circuit style as I’m concentrating less on building, and more on cutting. I think I’ve gained some considerable muscle over the last 2 years, so I want to hold on to it as much as I can.
