January 6, 2009Today was my first day training chest since minor shoulder injury, took two weeks off, have been really stretching and working my rotator muscles. I avoiding going real heavy but was able to put up some weight which felt great, got a good pump, gonna be sore tommorow, best of all no shoulder pain. After todays successful workout, I feel that i can continue with my normal workout schedual. This month is crucial, going to train hard, and eat to grow, but eat clean, to avoid fat storage. Changing my workout up next week, going to really try and focus on some problem areas, and lose a little of the fat I stored through eating cookies (cant resist buckeyes).

May 23, 2008Its crunch time, 5 weeks out from my first show. I just met with somone with show experience, he wants me to try and get down to 185that would be 40 pounds total, its gonna be tough. Summer classes just started this week, im working two jobs and i just got my certificate through afaa and plan on beginning training next week. I must stay motivated i have made it so far. My schedual is tough and these five weeks, which my last week is finals week. will be one of the toughest test of my life. I cant wait to see what i am capable of

May 9, 2008Ive made it through the week carido has started up again since my accident. I miss my bicycle training running sucks. Im seven weeks out and its crunch time. I want to drop at least another 10 pounds before that final week. the last week has been tough on me from an accident to finals and my girlfriend graduating(me celebrating with beer), but Im ready to push through and see what I can do
