If you really wanna lose fat 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the afternoon and alternate between normal cardio and intervals. Thats what I found worked for me. I only did one session a day though.

Oh hunny.
If you really want to get down to it, here it is.
EVERY morning before you eat breakfast do 45 min to an hour of cardio. Everyday. Eat afterwards.
You also need to eat about 5/6 times a day, small portions, good protein. AND LOTS of water. Eat right and do this, it’ll fall off.

I agree with Audra. Eat small portions often and cardio before any meal. During my leaning I would eat every 2- 2.5 hours a day (about 6/7 times a day). Keeps you metabolism going all day, therefore you burn more calories and nutrient are absorbed a lot better.

Cardio is so vital to fat weight loss. Most men feel basketball once or twice a week is enough. You should do more than 20 minutes. Your body does not start to kick in the fat until after 20 minutes. It is like it is just getting warmed up. Also intensity is better. If 20 minutes is all you have you should HITT it hard. High Intensity baby. I do 45 minutes in the AM on an empty stomach. Then I do another 45 -60 before I eat a meal followed by a weight training session.

Dude - go to Jim Ryals classes at Vision Quest. Cycle/spin and his others. You will seriously get in the shape you want more quickly than trying to figure things out on your own. He rocks and will give you so much special help. My name is Nicole and I know Jim and his wife - they are wonderful people.
