Tried something just a little different today. I took 45 pounds off of my lat pull downs and did more restricted and a higher number of reps. Normally I do 8 to 10 reps, but today I did 15 to 20 reps. It work great and got a really nice pump. Still the diet is not going great, but I'm not cheating.I still have a little more time to work on that...
