Well eight weeks since my shoulder surgery and I'm trying to work through the pain. I will admit some days are better than others. I have lost now a total of eighty pounds but trying to put on lean muscle mass is very tough. Eat don't eat it's a viscous circle and a hard row to hoe. I have been on the Atkins diet and does seem to work out pretty good with lean protein intake. Thinking about taking Twinlab Amino Fuel but worried about the extra calories. I think maybe start out lite and see were that takes me.
