ok so i made it a littlebit easier on myself with my diet. but at the saem tiem i made it harder. i figured whats the point of changing it up? it is all diet food and it all tastes the same. so i am taking in about 2500 calories and im roatating my carbs. 3 days no carbs then ill carb up really high to about 400 grams for one day then go back to no carbs. this had been working wonders and im getting very lean.on the no carb days..this might sound crazy but its 50%fat and 50%protien. so about 350 grams of protien and 155 grams of fat. something right around there. and its working great and im staying full.
meal1:10 egg whites, 6 peices of turkey bacon, 1 serving of peanutbutter
meal2:2 scoops of apex protien powder
meal3:1 can of tuna, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, and 1 serving of almonds
meal4:same as meal 3
meal5: 2 scoops of apex protien powder, 1 serving of peanutbutter
meal6:1 cup of chopped up chicken breast 1 serving of almonds
then i wake up in the middle of the night to have 2 more serving of apex protien powder.
so thats my diet every single day on the no carb days and its working great im seeing progress every day, and im 10 days out! i need more sleep though.
my bf % is still dropping and im at 6% right now. i will be posting some new pics very shortly.

wow i have less than 2 weeks, and the anticipation is there. i feel like the last two weeks are the hardest. for soem reason it feels so much more dificult this time than last time(4 years ago) i was only 16 last time and had more energy. hahah i feel old this time! my diet now i made it very simple starting last week. i eat the same exact thing day in and day out. its a lot easier adn i dont have to put thought into it. i just eat it like a machine. i want to thank every one for the encouragement adn the compliments! thank you every one for your support. i really hope i get out of this everything that i put in. hopefully you will all see a picture of my trophy soon. untill next time.. take care.

well i have exactly 2 more weeks till my show. these last 2 weeks are the hardest 4 me.i will weigh around 187 on sept 22nd for the Tournament of Champions in anaheim ,ca. i am just a little frustrated that every time i compete i seem to hold water in my quads. the diet is ok at this point i just have to be like a machine and not think about it. 8 meals per day, 2500 calories. i am sick of cardio im tired of takin all my supplements, my body feels beat up. i want to hurry up and win my trophy, so i can relax for a bit.
