I managed to hit a weight loss plateau. I think I’m slowing still losing body fat but gaining muscle in the process. I actually went up in weight but stayed about the same measurements. This week I changed from working chest & back twice a week to doing only one body part a day. I am also switched from MAP Arson ton BSN Atro-Phex. We’ll see if all this will help lose the fat. I also started doing interval training for my cardio. I’ll keep everybody posted.

I didn’t workout much last week as I was in Germany on business and I didn’t get to the gym that much. I’m back at it hard again this week with lifting before work and then doing abs and cardio after work. They turn into long days but I like the way I feel. I’ll have to keep up the carb intake as before I was getting a little weak towards the end of the week when I did two-a-days. I also started playing football so I also have that keeping me busy on the weekends. I think last week was like an small rest and now I’m ready to hit it hard again!!

This is the beginning of a long road ahead. I will be getting taped tomorrow so I will then post my measurements. I know they are not going to be good but it will give me a starting point. I have been putting this off for way too long. I now have a personnal trainer that is going to push me to do what I have been lagging to push myself to do. I hope this works and I’ll keep my improvements posted.
