My biggest challenge now!

Hey Y’all.

Thank you for all your support with my issue coming out~you are wonderful!

So I wanted to share my issues that i am facing now.  I keep playing mental games with agents, photographers and publishers on what they want to see…..less muscle, more muscle, skinner, more meat…..the list goes on and on!

It is really hard to not take it personally and just figure that when the right job comes along, I will be perfect! So with each email that comes in, in mind head I think, " put down the chicken breast and starve yourself, to get the shoot!".  But that is not me.  I will not be a stick. I am a curvy and hopefully muscular chick, and if I am not right for the shoot then that is that.

I think keeping to who I am is the hardest part of people starting to know my name!  All of the sudden, others want me to live by their standards but that is not me!  I love to lift weights, and live a certain way–that’s just me.  Sorry I have rambled.  Just trying to release all the negative engery coming in:-)

kisses,

Mia McKinley

Hey Girl, I think you need to be comfortible in your skin and truly love your body to really work the cameras….and you are! So I wouldnt change a thing!! Your right…the right jobs will come along! In the meantime, keep knockem dead girl!

I agree with Stormiorsini. You should not change yourself so much that you don’t feel comfortible really then you won’t be able to be as sexy as you are. Ppl told me i got to big in iraq when i went home on R&R and i should trim down but thats just not me i wouldn’t feel right being skinny with just a six-pack. I feel healthy and in the best shape i have ever been. Anyways you look great and keep it up. I think plenty of good jobs will come your way.

You are 100% correct. Be true to yourself. Decide what your standards are and keep them. You have a great attitude!
