Good morning from sunny Southern California, just had to put that in cuase we never have snow! I feel sorry for those effected by the cold weather and know how hard it is to workout at home. As for the cramps, make sure you get plenty of water as this is what transports blood and nutrients to the working muscles, good blood flow is the key to not getting the cramping especially in the legs. The other suggestion is Nitric Oxide, this opens up the blood vessels to get more nutrients to the working muscles. You might want to look into it, plus it gives you that great pumped feeling. Wishing you continued success.

Hey Harleydude, I found travel to always be the hardest part of sticking to the routine. When traveling I always carry a resistance band in my luggage. You can modify your workout with resistance band exercises that can be performed in your hotel room so you don't miss the workout. May not be the ideal workout, but at least you get something in.

True. Resist the urge to "consider" whether you want to do a workout or not. Think of them like dental appointments if you have to (dreaded, but you have to go). As you have probably experienced, once you get to the gym and start your workout it isn't all that bad after all.

This will be the big hurdle for you. Make sure you stay the course. You should feel better once you go into week 3.
Best of luck with this little lull
