Day 46 Body For Life(Need help wth Nutrition)
Just getting ready to head to the gym to do cardio session. Very inspired this morning as I played 2 hours of pick up basketball last night after my leg workout yesterday and I’m weighting in at 185lbs this morning. Now down 11lbs from 196 and the original goal of 185lbs is with in reach. Starting to think that I need to drop more weight than I originally thought. I want to get under 15% BF but at current 185lbs I still have alot more fat around mid-section than I would like. I,m going to be extremely strict and consistent until Mar 21st and see where I end up. As the mid-section area is my troubled spot I guessing that diet is my biggest challenge. I am very unknowlegage in this area. Imean I try to eat lean protein(chicken) with slow burning carbs such as brown rice and veggies but thats about where my knowledge ends. If any one has any advice on the nutrition side, any help would be greatly appreciated. Make it a great day everyone!
