Day 45 Body For Life

Leg day, decided to lighten up on the weight and throw in a few more sets as my legs are the weakest link and scrawny.  Eating well the last few days, I right back on track after my trip to Vegas.

Squats (12×115)(10×135)(8×145)(6×145)  Leg Press (12×270)(12×270)  Leg Ext. (12×90)(12×80)

Leg Curls (12×50)(10×50)(8×50)(6×50) Lunges (24×30)(24×30)  Straight Leg DL (10×60)(10×60)

Seated Calf Raises (24×60)(24×60)
