I am updating for today and yesterday. Missed a few workouts last week while in Vegas so I am picking up from yesterday. Day 43 was upper body workout.

Day 44 was a 20 min. interval run. 39 days till goal of 180lbs and < 15% body fat. Make it a great day all!
