Day 36 Body For Life
Wooohooo Leg Day! By far my weakest link. Just fininshed workout, thought I would swith it up this morning. I find that when you read fitness mags. you get alot of contradictory info. I’ve always understood that if you want to build your legs you have to do heavy squats but recently everything I read says that squats build a think mid-section and should be avoided????? Anyways
Machine Leg Press (12×200)(12×210)(10×230)(6×250) Leg Ext. (12×90)(12×90)
Straight Leg DL (12×50)(10×60)(8×70)(6×70) Lunges (12×0)(12×30) Leg Curls (12×50)(12×55)
Also threw in some Sumo Squats to bulid out my scrawny sticks and calf raises. Have a great day all!
