This morning I did an upper body workout and ran for 20 mins. 35 days till trip to Dominican and date set for goals. Going to focus on lighter weights, more reps, cardio and keeping heart rate high to burn more bodyfat. Somedays I wonder if I should be working with a trainer but I don’t know of anyone in this area that has experience and proven results.
