Day 14 & 15 BFL
Yesterday was my day off. I kept thinking in my head I might do some cardio but in the end I didn’t do anything which was probably best since I still really freakin sore from Friday’s squats. I ate really well yesterday, that has to be a big focus for the next few weeks to see noticeable improvemnets at month end. Today is day 15, upper body day.
Dumbell Bench (12×40)(10×45)(8×50)(6×60)(12×45) Cable Crossover (12×22.5)
Upper Back Machine Row (12×50)(10×60)(8×65)(6×70) Assisted pull ups (12×75)(12×75)
Military Press (12×70)(10×70)(8×80)(6×90) Lateral Raise (12×15)(12×20)
Didn’t do any bi’s or tri’s as I did them on Saturaday (day 13) with my cardio workout. Diet hasn’t been that bad but I’m not really seeing the results I would like. Made a bunch of meals last night for the week so hopefully I can keep it clean. Have a great day all!
