Day 13 BFL
Well I now have two full weeks of Body For Life completed. Im actually starting to see more muscle, beer belly disapearing even though I,m only down about 4 lbs. from start. I can honestly say if there has been a weak point in my first 2 weeks it my nutrition, so I’ll need to really focus on that going forward as I want to see major changes. Today was cardio and I ran intervals for 20 mins. and did some arms and shoulders to burn off a littl e extra energy. I started BFL before but I don’t think I ever got pat the first week. I super excited about the changes so far and can’t wait to post a progress pic at the end of month 1. Have a great weekend all!
