Well its Friday and this was my second leg workout this week. Decided to go in the evening with my wife, I usually go in the morning so I was concerned about not getting there but I did!
Squats (12×135)(10×155)(8×165)(6×175) Leg Ext. (12×80)(12×80)
Leg Curls (12×50)(10×55)(8×60)(6×60) Straight Leg Deadlifts (12×60)(12×60)
Calf Raises (12×80)(12×80)(12×80)
Jumped on the bike and did 5 miles in 15 min for a little extra cardio. Day 12 in and I live to lift another day. Have a great weekend all!
