Day 11 BFL
Had a quick run this morning for my cardio workout. This morning was the first day since I started BFL that I was thinking (oh I could just do it later, yeah right). Starting to loose my initial excitement. Looking forward to the weekend to take a day off and rest. Have a good day all!

This will be the big hurdle for you. Make sure you stay the course. You should feel better once you go into week 3.

True. Resist the urge to "consider" whether you want to do a workout or not. Think of them like dental appointments if you have to (dreaded, but you have to go). As you have probably experienced, once you get to the gym and start your workout it isn’t all that bad after all.
