Today was upper body day, got a good pump but barely even broke a sweat ??

Assisted Pull-ups (12×85)(10×85)(8×85)(6×85) Cable Row (12×90)(12×90)
Lateral Raise Machine (12×35)(10×40)(8×45)(6×50)(12×40) Front Raises (12×15)
Preacher Curl (12×55)(10×60)(8×60)
Cable Pushdowns (12×27.5)(12×37.5)(12×37.5)
I will be hitting the gym a little later to do some cardio. No weight change the last few days but starting to notice a differnce in body composition. Have a great hump day all!
