Did lower body this morning. Didn’t sleep well nlast night so didn’t have alot of energy in the tank.
Squats (12×115)(10×135)(8×155)(6×175)(12×115) Leg Ext. (12×70)
Leg curls (12×40)(10×50)(8×55)(6×60) Straight Leg Deadlifts(12×60)(12×60) My hamstrings are extremely weak, need to work them!
Seated Calf Raises (20×60)(20×60)(20×60)
Abs: 5 min of crunches and working obliques
Going out for supper tonight with a group and then to a party, gotta keep goal in focus!
