Warm up: 5 min run
Dumbell Press (12×40)(10X45)(8X50)(6X55)(12X40) Dumbell Flyes(12×25)
Assisted Pull ups (12×85)(10×80)(8×75)(6×70) Cable Row(12×90)(12×90)
Dumbell Press (12×25)(10×30)(8×35)(6×40) Upright Row(12×50)(12×50)
Curls (12×25)(10X30)(8X35)(6X40)(12×20) Barbell Curl(12×40)
Overhead Exten. (12×30)(10×35)(8×40)(6×45)(12×30) Cable Push Downs(12×25)
Good workout, need to up the intensity!
