I feel kind of sheepish writing this. I’ve gained back approx. 5-7lbs, and it ain’t muscle. I am really frustrated with every part of life right now, so I decided that I will refocus on fitness goals as I know this is something i can control if I follow through with a plan. I need to do this to prove to myself that I can follow through. I am looking for suggestions on after workout meals for lifting and cardio workouts, unsure whether it should be different for lifting and cardio. I workout early morning. Any help would be appreciated!

I can tell you what worked for me…try looking into a on-line program (it is what I used to drop about 70-80 pounds)…www.formulazone.com!
It is a very nice site (minimal cost) and runs on the 40, 30, 30 principal. As far as cardio & workouts, I did my weight training (about an hour) immediately followed by HIIT training (no longer than 30 min). When I initially lost my weight, I faultered and gained about 30 pounds back. I let my portion sizes get out of control. I am now back down and looking to add some quality muscle mass.
