Monday, November 3rd, 2008I feel kind of sheepish writing this. I’ve gained back approx. 5-7lbs, and it ain’t muscle. I am really frustrated with every part of life right now, so I decided that I will refocus on fitness goals as I know this is something i can control if I follow through with a plan. I need to do this to prove to myself that I can follow through. I am looking for suggestions on after workout meals for lifting and cardio workouts, unsure whether it should be different for lifting and cardio. I workout early morning. Any help would be appreciated!
