Back at it!
Monday, August 18th, 2008Hitting the gym again after four weeks off due to business trips, summer vacation travel etc. Very tough to maintain eating habits while travelling week after week but luckily managed to just put on 3 lbs. First day back was light however a great workout otherwise. Back and chest day( assisted pull-ups, incline dumbell press, barbell row, decline dumbell press, narrow grip cable row, dumbell flyes). Also threw in seated incline curls and hammer curls. Will tackle legs, shoulders and triceps on Tues. with cardio on Wednesdays to break up the week for the first few weeks to get back in the swing of things. It was a good break away from the gym as I found when the weather started getting nice outside I would go but it was a half hearted workout. So here goes, turning 30 in March 2009 and would like to be in the best shape of my life as of yet, it will be my present to me!
