Eating the right amount, what is the right amount??

Happy with the progress so far.  It is now about 10 weeks on current program.  Arms and shoulders are great and quite happy with thickness of back but the legs are lagging.  I have a hard time with eating the right amount of food.  Either I eat to much and put on 3-5 lbs. or I don’t eat enough and I find I run out of steam halfway through my workouts.  With upper body you can cheat a little but its hard to cheat on squats, leg press etc.  For the most part I am eating 6 times, lots of protien and protein shake after lifting.  Lifting four days a week.  Monday(back, chest, arms), Tuesday(legs, shoulders), Wednesday(cardio), Thursday(back, chest, arms), Friday(legs, shoulders).  Currently weighting aprrox. 190-193lbs.  Suggestions welcome!

Suggestion: Measure your food, write it down, calculate your cals and macros. That way you can control exactly how much weight you gain. I put my abs on hold right now as I am in a mucsle gaining phase just like you. After I finish 8 of the 12 weeks I will decide if I am going to try and cut some fat or go the whole 12 weeks and then cut. Thanks for asking and continued success to you!
