Making Progress!
Monday, January 7th, 2008Since Dec 1st I’ve now lost 10lbs. Would like to loose another few lbs. around the mid section before starting to lift a little heavier. I’ve really cleaned up my diet the last month or so. The trainer that I started working with has actually become my workout partner as we are both planning to compete before year end. I’m hoping his knowledge and my enthusiam is going to be a winning combination. I will post some porgress pics in a month from now to track progress. Got to get to bed, leg and shoulders tomorrow at 7 a.m!
