Stubborn Belly Fat
I’ve been seriously hitting the gym now for over 3 weeks. Down almost 10 lbs. Starting to see good definition in my arms and shoulders but would like to see another 5lbs + disappear from mid section. I guess I need to get very strict with the diet and hit the core hard. I wish there was a magic pill for that but I’m sure I’ll think much harder before I stuff crap into me after all the cardio and circut trianing I’ve been doing.

There is no magic pill man. I work for a supplement company and I’ll even be the first to tell you that. Once your training and diet are dialed in then supplements can help, but to put it into perspective.
Diet = 85%
Training = 10%
Supplements = 5%
And sleep fits in there somewhere too

The area where you want to loose the fat is usually the last to go. Just keep loosing the weight and it will come off. Good luck.
